How do your Salvia divinorum products compare to those from more expensive sources?Our prices may be one of the lowest, but our quality standards are not! Salvia Space imports Salvia divinorum foliage directly from the its native region of Oaxaca, Mexico. Since our Salvia divinorum is grown organically, the leaves are free of pesticides and no harm has been done to the local environment. Salvia Space goes to great lengths to ensure that our 5x and 10x extracts are the best on the market. Unlike many of our competitors, our high sales volume allows us to produce a fresh batch of extract every week. The extracts are shipped from our production facility in a vacuum-sealed pouch to keep them from degrading, and are stored in a dark, airtight container until the day they are shipped to the customer. The result: An ultra-fresh product thats the best on the market.
What solvent is used to produce the 5x and 10x extracts?
Grain alcohol is used to make the Salvia divinorum extracts. This means you dont have to worry about any unnatural or harmful solvents remaining on the leaves.
How soon can I expect my order?
The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. Express shipping ($17) (temporarily unavailable) is the fastest and usually takes 2-4 days. Priority shipping ($7) takes 3-10 business days.
I ordered a long time ago and I still havent received my products!
Very occasionally, delivery can take longer than expected. Usually this is a result of postal delays, especially with Priority Mail shipping. Although 99% of orders will arrive much sooner, please allow one week for Express, two weeks for Priority, and three weeks for First Class before contacting us.
What if theres a problem with my order?
Our goal is to make sure youre satisfied. Thats why Salvia Space maintains high quality standards and ships orders as quickly as possible. But if we screw up (or the Postal Service loses the shipment) we will fix the problem ASAP. Guaranteed.
How will my order be packaged?
Priority orders are sent in standard US Postal Service Priority packaging, and Express orders will come in standard Express packaging.
Do you sell large quantities at wholesale prices?
Yes. Salvia Space can deliver any of our products in wholesale quantities, and our prices are very competitive. Please e-mail with inquiries. If you have already received a quote from another company, please let us know.
